Many people thought, who will be a member of team number 10? Nika became him, he replaced Goofy who died in the van, taking Goofy's body under his control and filling it with power sperm, so it turns milky white. But Goofy's body is too weak to pull out the power of god, so he falls into a coma every time after a fight with a strong enemy. Meet the new team member, Nick's God.

Troll thread but there is some truth behind this. Kaido has hinted at this by asking him who he is.
Luffy aint dead but he may be unaware of Joyboy's spirit.
The whole character changes in Nika mode, perhaps influenced by the one who willed Nika into existence and whose spirit remained inside the fruit until someone Awakened it.

Awakened zoan usually do have a tendency to show real Beast traits though , it was implied in impel down....

When Goofy turns on the g5, his personality really changes. He laughs at the dying old man, laughs when his nakama is killed by the others. Kaido felt that Joy Boy had come to the sound of drums. Goofy looks like he's possessed.

That's why I only like Zoro and Jimbei. The guys have nothing but three pieces of iron and fists, Zoro generally has a sword that sucks haki and vitality. Nerf. No fruits, no gods, no genetic engineering. They just achieve everything by training.
