While indeed an impressive feat, this isnt really about reaction speed, its about the interaction between love and light and how it should be impossible to block light. Thats why there was no emphasis on any speed in this scene. Wouldn't be the first time characters 'reacted' to lasers anyway

People really think admirals are shit when kuzan and Kizaru got stalemated by Marco and Jozu respect and only got an advantage due to the YC being distracted this is a YC1&2, issho considered DR Zoro a threat more so than Sabo, Greenbull got aura diffed, kuzan barely had an advantage in a 5v1 vs old man Garp, akainu was unable to finish off sickbeard….
