Questions & Mysteries No.1 and No.2 bounty scaling for Dragon?

Since we learned about Roger's and WB's bounties but Dragon is still a mystery.

Luffy: 3 billion
Zolo: 1.11 billion

Nearly 3 times bigger.

Kaido: 4.6 billion
Alber: 1.3 billion

Nearly 3.5 times bigger.

Could it be the same for Dragon's previous bounty?

Sabo: 602 million (during Dressrosa)

3.5 times more than that:

2.1 billion (close to BB's first Yonko bounty).

Could this be accurate for Dragon's bounty during Dressrosa? Or do you think higher?

I mean, seeing how Kuma was mistreated in his past and present, dragon is going to have insane exploits I think, they already have the real motives.

1st - Kuma.
2nd - The supposed death of Sabo.
3rd - Dragon will find out about what Sabo saw on the throne.
4th - Possible death of Vegapunk by the hands of the world government (he apparently may end up getting word of the government's intentions.)

He has the reasons, just missing Oda gives him the action.

So i expects Dragon's Bounty to be +5B
As for Sabo, i believe it's Higher than Luffy's but Lower than Dragon's, so i'd say around Mihawk or Shanks Bounty

That's why I am more hyped for Dragon now.
It seems like Oda is focusing on Rev Army after Wano.
Dragon is one of my favorites, including Shanks and Sabo.

I don't disagree with that however Dragon should've boosted Sabo's bounty more:

By the time Sabo was making a name for himself Dragon would have already established himself as major threat where there wouldn't be any major increases for Sabo. It's no different than with Ace and Whitebeard, Whitebeard has a 5 billion bounty and Ace only has a 550 mil bounty
