General & Others No Arc until the Final arc should be more than 30-40 Chapters.

Ever since the New World the Arcs have been getting longer and longer, with more and more Needless chapters, plotlines that don't get resolved, and worse pacing and structure issues.
Until the Final Arc, no Arc needs to be more than 30-40 chapters.
If the arcs can be tight and focused, without too much wasted space, One Piece could get back, and finish strong.

I disagree, sure arcs like Fishman Island and Punk Hazard had no business being as long as they were and even Dressrosa and WCI could have been shorter but that doesn't mean Oda should voluntarily cut out plotlines out of arcs just to make them shorter.

We have seen it in Wano, the arc had plenty of unnecessary characters and plotlines and dragged for most of its duration yet somehow was still rushed at the end and left a lot unanswered. The issue isn't so much the numbers of chapters because an arc like punk Hazard was much shorter than wano yet still dragged on while wano managed to rush its conclusion despite being 150 chapters long.

I wouldn't mind ambitious and long arcs like Dressrosa again with a lot of characters and plotlines as long Oda takes the time to consider which ones are gonna be truly relevant before hand.

It's more of an issue of planning and structuring the Arc, but also keeping the arcs focused.

10 to 15 for arcs like this, 30 to 40 for more involved arcs. And 3 to 5 chapters for between for events around the world.
