buddy just stood there used fs and didnt do shitI get why Loki's existence is so weird to fans who then come up with all kind of reasonings as to why maybe Loki isn't that impressive, Kaido would likewise perform in this fight etc.
This is the King of the World that Loki is fighting. Maybe even the all time strongest character until this point. Loki shouldn't have any business in this match, he should get swatted away like a fly. Yet he's in the match. He can hang with a "god" and he himself is depicted in the mural.
Obviously I'm not gonna argue that Loki can win this 1v1. But it's shocking that he is this strong. It is hard to believe.

You know this isn’t tha argument or gotcha you think it is right? Why are you holdin Kidd someone who is at BEST somewhere around Zoros kurrent lvl(with what we know right now he’s not tho, but I’ll be disgustingly generous for tha sake of argument)as some barometer as to what 2 of tha strongest beings alive if not ever kan do and how they operate lol. Like Kidd in tha exchange with Shanks is shooting singular beams at each ship, that is much different than tha last panel of your post where tha entire area got nuked instantly
Entire area wasn't nuked lmao, that would damage them as well. You mix up things with shockwave effects.

What Shanks can do is that he can simply change location, stop the attack, or protect himself with Haki by using FS before that AoE attack.
FS is a counter to many things includes AoE as well.
