Current Events No interest for Kizaru to fight Luffy

The main mission of the Navy is to kill Vegapunk (Stella). Luffy is with Franky, Bonney and Lilith.

There are also other goals for them.

To fight Luffy is to take the risk of destroying the island (Punk Records/the power plant) he is supposed to protect.

A fight between Luffy and Kizaru in the next chapters makes no sense.

Navy has 3 missions. Protect York. Protect Punk Records. Protect Power Plant.

Kill Vegapunk is not their mission. For now they are more into protecting those things that are more important to them than simply killing Vegapunk.

Gorosei specifically say that everything else can be lost. That means Vegapunk can survive if they manage to protect those 3 things.

Despite it’s not the objective of WG to fight Luffy. However, Luffy and his crew won’t let the WG take what they please. Furthermore, the marines are packed as they are ready for war to break out otherwise Oda wouldn’t have brought 100 warships plus 30K marines for nothing.

The Marines went before Lucci's failure and strawhat's arrivalso they're def not there for strawhat but maybe there cause Akainu didn't believe in Lucci.

The WG doesn't trust Lucci (Stussy has been in the background the last times whenever we saw him - she was observing him these last weeks. And she is by the way on the WG's side - that is why she is thowing herself before the Stellar - Because Punk Records (his brain) needs to be protected at all costs, like Saturn said. Lucci is the one, who is actually on the side of Vegapunk (Stellar)).

We have a twist here - and no one is noticing it.

I wonder, when everyone will notice - maybe when Lucci will face Kizaru.

It is their mission but I don't think we need to discuss the concept of what a mission is.

Marines was sent there before Luffy arrival. Lucci order was to wait for marines. He messed up all the operation because of that.

They don't believe in Lucci because Egghead is a fortress as it was explicit right now. They would never invade it if not for Kizaru.

Plus Vegapunk would have authority over Seraphim and Pacifista.

Those are the reason they are sending not only Kizaru but also a fleet with 100 ships. 3 CP0 members. 5 (I guess) VAs.
