Alternative Title: What Maschenny is Really After.
Introduction
Many people seem to think that Maschenny's main objective is just a war. That she desires chaos, war and bloodshed for the sake of it. That she's nothing but a blood knight with no higher purpose beyond just indulging her bloodlust.
This is a gross misreading of Maschenny's character and ignores her explicit statements about her motivations.
War is not the end goal for Maschenny, but rather her means.
Maschenny's Objective
Maschenny has never stated in unambiguous terms what her end goals are, but she has given us strong hints.
Before she electrocutes him, Jinsung asked her what she was after, why was she doing all of this to him:
Maschenny replies that her goals were not that different from Jinsung's. That what he wanted is the same thing she wanted. She just believed that she needed to shed more "blood" for the sake of her goal.
After she captures him, Jinsung again asks her why she did all of this to him. Maschenny replies that she has already answered him. They want the same thing. She just thinks that a bit more "blood" needs to be spilled:
Jinsung's Objective
We do have a very good guess as to what Jinsung's objective is.
When she meets him on the 91st Floor, Maschenny questions if Jinsung's rage has truly disappeared:
She then mentions that after his lover died and he found out that the reason his lover died was deeply tied to the Zahard Family, he gladly became one of FUG's demons:
This hints that Jinsung bears a strong grudge against the Zahard Family and perhaps against Zahard himself.
This is later reinforced by Jinsung himself.
After Maschenny knocks him out with her backstab, Jinsung gets a flashback.
Baam tells him that he'd rather die than not see his friends again. Loneliness scares him more than death:
Jinsung expresses the same sentiment, that loneliness scares him more than anything. Someone tried to trap him in a prison of loneliness and he's using Baam to get revenge on that person:
So we have the following bits of information:
This is most likely to be Maschenny's end goal.
Maschenny's Means
I said earlier that war and bloodshed is not Maschenny's end goal, but rather her means to that end goal.
This is made clear when Jinsung asks her what it is that she wants.

Maschenny then goes on to tell Jinsung that he is silly to expect the Tower to change just by playing babysitter:
In order to realise her goal, she'll drown the Tower in rivers of blood:
This desire, to turn the Tower into a bloody mess. That's not her end goal in and of itself, but rather her means in order to actualise her end goal. Maschenny simply does not believe in a bloodless revolution.
Interlude: The Massive Rupture
Some people think that the below scene implies that Maschenny is driven by nothing more than a desire for chaos and bloodshed:
But that is nothing but a misunderstanding. It does not indicate that Maschenny desires war for its own sake nor does it suggest that her final objective is to drag all the powers of the Tower into one massive war for her own enjoyment.
All Maschenny says in the above scene is that the massive powers of the Tower that have maintained a careful balance for aeons are finally beginning to move against each other:
In the very next chapter, a similar sentiment was echoed by Po Bidau Gustang.
He declared to the Zahard and the 10 Family Leaders that "a rift had begun to form":
Later on in that chapter, the Narrator reiterated the sentiment:
That a rift had begun to form between massive powers that became too big to coexist.
Maschenny's Bloodthirst
Another scene that contributes to the misunderstanding of Maschenny's end goals is the below:
Maschenny says that she's been reading the Ancient Books for a long time, waiting for the moment when these battles will unfold before her very eyes. That compared to the Great War of the past, she finds the current peace so trivial and dull.
She then admits that at the end of the day, she might just be a nut who can't live without blood and fighting:
Previously, she admitted that the smell of blood in the air is what got her in the mood for a fight:
That said, all that this shows that Maschenny is someone who delights in bloodshed and combat.
It is an explanation for why Maschenny's means to actualise the change she seeks is a bloody revolution and a war that encompasses the Tower. Because Maschenny is herself a bloodthirsty person.
All that Maschenny's bloodthirst explains is why Maschenny chose the means that she did. It doesn't change the fact about what her end goals are.
