You guys need to understand that Zolo only got a transfer Damage. He didn't receive the Fatigue stamina drain Luffy had from fighting Moria and others, also Kuma intention was to see what kind of friends luffy has, so he was really testing them, he did not really intend to kill them, the fact that he applauded his crew after the fight says all about it, so to sum it up. the nothing happen is not really that special, even chopper can get all of luffy's pain and remains concious.
Those are just a combination of
Zoro damage taken in TB + Luffy damage taken in TB + little from Kuma isn't it??
What total damage output from Oars and jobber Moria + pretty less potent Urusu shock that will put pre-skip BB down?? BB eat attacks from point black quake bubble on his head + Sengoku attacks and still laughing enjoy the party
BB would eat "Nothing happens "and would still able to walk around bloody and laughing.....

Actually IMO, The only ones who would survive are (obviously Zoro plot reasons) Kidd, Law, and Luffy and probably Urouge... Drake is a toss up but the rest probably severely incapacitated or basically death. That's not to say they aren't strong but not everyone can take the same amount of damage. Just think of Hawkins, No way at all, Neither would Bege probably.
