These two out of 5 (counting Saturn and not garling ) showed conqueror haki in egghead while the rest didnt

Makes no sense for oda to hide their conqueror haki when he showed warcury and mars conqueror haki


so i dont think nusjuro, ju peter and Saturn has conqueror haki otherwise they would've showed it on egghead

a rank held by Garling and now Shamrock, both of whom are practically guaranteed to have CoC.

So I’d say all gorosei probably have it

We can't assume that. In fact I'd say it was a first time thing given how impressed the Gorosei were when Garling walked inside their room.

I still think though all of them can use that CoC like power. And even Garling will have the Zoan like animal transformation (I don't think he had it before being promoted).

I think it's safe to say they were using it. When Warcury roared it knocked out marine fodder the same way regular coc would. It would be odd if it was something different but very similar
