in medical science, we have a definition of “delusions and delusional disorder” 
which is defined: “ a type of serious mental illness called a psychotic disorder. People who have it can’t tell what’s real from what is imagined."
Why this psychological disorder relates to our forum?
When I’d read about types of it, I saw an exactly the same symptoms of ZKKers
They experts say :

see? there was a real problem here, they don't care about reality, they go on their own way
if you do not wish to engage in their theory just don't. What is the point of jumping the gun and discuss with them if you get this salty. If you have any details/proof/evidence or any materials you can add to it or disapprove their ZKK theory AND if you can be a level headed with your discussion with them go ahead. Sorry but these kind of topics are just pathetic.
