It Is. We already had this debate. Acoc boosts all of luffys stats including endurance and that's the part of the fight he was spamming it.

There is no debate, you just made this up. Look at the panel, there is no coc coating from Luffy. Luffy is in regular old base, the most you can say is maybe he protected himself with barrier haki at the last minute? Definitely no coc coating to be found anywhere.

Nah we kinda already have an idea of how he makes whirlpools, i mean it was already obvious because he is dual wielding with axes, he's just gonna swing them around to create a tatsumaki like attack, we already saw it this chapter how his slashes looked like gusts of wind.

Luffy within the space of 5 mins went from being kod in one hit to reacting tanking with the only difference being acoc.

No one said he used acoc to block. But that is when he was spamming. Acoc so his endurance is boosted too.

Yea I think Oda held back a bit to give himself breathing room. I believe Oda showed us/teased CoC, because he had no reason to zoom in on the key twice like that with armament first and then haki streaks second, it looked the same as Yamato and a bunch of other people using CoC, post CoC coating reveal. But it was definitely a reserved showcase from Oda which gives him options in the future if he wants to ever keep Sanji or even Gaban from having CoC.

I meant Luffy knowing if it’s CoC or not. Ever since wano he was able to know CoC or not like when he saw the elder haki and thought it’s CoC.

True, Oda is intentionally keeping it ambiguous at the very least. He does not want his readers to know for sure if it was ACoC or not probably, although I think casual readers would assume it's CoC since he drew the haki flowing and streaks. Years down the line we might find out for sure, I think Oda wants to keep Sanji unlocking CoC a 50/50 where it can go either way. If he confirms Gaban has CoC that's almost the same as confirming it for Sanji.

Maybe if Sanji unlocks CoC one day we will get a statement that Gaban had CoC. My only issue is casual readers don't care about the Ulti panels, after Wano the non twitter wg One Piece reader will think this is Conqueror's. And that's also who Oda is writing for.

Edit: Greenbull also didn't comment on Yamato having Conqueror's, so yea...I guess it really doesn't mean anything that Luffy didn't single out the type of haki.

Just the case of plot induced endurance boost, there should be noticeable effects for that. Even barrier haki being used defensively is crystal clear here (bottom panel):
