Why's this even a question? He's been fatigued from the battles he's been in, just killed his friend and was in a state of shock, on top of the fact that we've seen him utilize his MS even as an adult burning him out. Clearly, it was for all these reasons that he passed out.

I think Kakashi got a weak body so that's why he fell unconsious
