General & Others Objectively Who is Luffys most Skilled Crewmember?

When did he say that? I don't think Luffy even ate the fish since he started eating before she cooked and poisoned himself.
Either way it wouldn't matter too much, that was her first time cooking it and no one even mentioned sanji's name they all looked it, clearly sanji's skills are easily replicated. Nami couldn't just read Brook's guide to piano and start playing Chopin. She wouldn't even be able to play chopsticks, but she made great food easily by just reading once
Sanji is skilled, but his talents simply do not require the person to be that talented to be good at it. It's like comparing the skillset of checkers to chess.

Chopper > Nami > Franky > the rest
1. No one can do what Chopper can in the whole crew and if not for him some of them would be dead
2. Nami is excellent navigator but others could do it just not as good as her
3.Franky amazing shipwright but like with Nami others can do it just not as good as him
For the rest;
- Robin can hard to scale
- Sanji is an excellent cook but many others in the crew can do it
-Usopp jack of la trades
- Zoro second to none when it comes to combat but everyone else can hold their own
- Jinbe, others can steer the ship
- Brook since he is somewhat useful
- completely useless

That's only because they have starter chefs doing dumb shit like washing rice for 5 years. These days you can learn michelin starred cooking by watching youtube tutorials for a few weeks, why? Because it's not that difficult.
It cannot be compared to medicine, shipwright or even a musician, especially one like brook who seems to have mastered every instrument.
