uh he leads the entire navy of kano country. oden wanted to do all kinds of shit. rayleigh is pretty much the only guy in one piece with conquerors haki that doesnt make any sense to have it, and im pretty sure hes got stuff in his backstory that will explain it.

my own headcanon is ray used to be a king of alabasta and abandoned the country to go drinking. hes old enoguh to be cobras dad

we have not seen anywhere close to boa hancock's limits. she hasn't had to sweat in a fight a single time on panel. there have been zero real challenges to her power.

A character doesn't need to have a grand dream to have CoC, which in turns make it fine for Katakuri, Yamato, Whitebeard (as you admitted) to have CoC

Again you prove you know 0 about CoC. You don't have CoC because you're a leader, it's something youre born with.

Are you stupid or what ? It's not about the fact if you are born with that. It's the fact yamato katakuri don't deserve coc unlike WB, and this is what this thread is about.

Read carefully, I literally said dream is not linked to have coc.

Ambition and personality : built an empire, have lots of allies, respected, charismatic, born leader, want to be above others.

So 99% of coc users are like that except few exception who got it because they were born it.

Again you prove you know 0 about CoC. You don't have CoC because you're a leader, it's something youre born with.

I love the fact you have 0 argument about yamato deserving coc. Normal she has 0 quality to be one.

She is one like Zoro and Kidd, two guys you said don't deserve to be one. But they are conquerors and kings material unlike her.

CoC doesnt make you automatically top tier. Its like having a DF back in the days. Its a potential buff and can be a sign of importance, but it doesnt automatically means top tier.

Yes it does. Anyone with CoC in their 40s/50s is at least Low Top Tier.

PK = The one who stands atop the CoC users. Stated by Chinjao himself.
