Those imo are not ti be intended as rivalries. I mean Zoro and Sanji (and maybe even King and Queen, we don't have much material on this one) is a rivalrie on the paper, you see them bickering and what not, but when the matter got serious you get what happened at the end of Thriller bark aka Zoro is clearly at elast a step above.
Luffy with Kidd and Law had always been a fake rivalrie as well. The only true rival of Luffy is BB. Oda throw some panels with Luffy bickering with Law and Kidd and shout the usual pirate king motto but in the end you just need to look at what happened after Sabaody part 1 (which are the events who put in motion the whole OP world to the point it is now, talking about what happened at Marineford): Luffy even if he was weak and not worth to be there standing with WB etc. Was there and in the end everything was carried down upon him: Ace will, the last words of WB about the one Roger was waiting, he is the choosen one, predestinate etc. Etc. While Law and Kidd were just bystanders, Law was even used as a convenient plot tool to save Luffy. The only one who stood shoulder to shoulder with Luffy was not WB who was at his end, not the marines who were fooled just like WB by the true rival of Luffy: BB.
