Also I'm not sure where you got the idea that it was Charisma. Hāo in Hāoshoku haki means conquering or warring King it is about ambition haoshoku haji litterly means ambition of the conquering King. Zoro needs to conquer all other swordsmen to get the title of WSS

The point is that Luffys bounty was the inflated one, while the actual worst gen supernovas honestly scaled higher than even luffy pre timeskip, and the timeskip allowed luffy to surpass them (while them still being somewhat comparable to at least hang with him and be relevant players, on up to someone who is outright on equal playing ground like kid). So they were stronger pre timeskip, but gained less power than him over the timeskip.

The kid pirates and law pirates vs pacifista fight was filler. They were confronted by either kuma or a pacifista, then it was never brought up, the anime made sure to bring another one, just in case it broke continuity and it ended up being like kuma in the manga. SO yeah, the heat thing is useless.

You're actually wrong about the strawhats standing up to rayleigh's haoshoku, they can clearly do that post timeskip, but none of htem were attacked by rayleigh's haoshoku. It was literally the reason why rayleigh specifically looked around the world, analyzed it, and figured out the story, so that he could selectively use haoshoku on ONLY the people who weren't good in the situation. Because Kid, his crew, and Law and his crew sat out, they were targeted like the rest, but the strawhats, the mermaid, etc were SPECIFALLY excluded from the haoshoku burst, it's why people like weakling trio members were absolutely fine, while kid and law still felt pukey and sweated some. Everyoen BUT the strawhats and their at the time allies were hit by the haoshoku.

All of the named heart pirates and kid pirates were able to stand up to it, albeit the weaker heart pirates were extremely woozy. Zoro, Sanji, etc weren't hit by the haoshoku, they just were super intimidated by the act of the haoshoku being used in the first place, ie were on edge. Usopp didn't even know what happened to them and felt no effect.

So yeah, the strawhats were never hit by rayleigh's haoshoku.

Kid is an idiot just like Luffy. In his mind he probably thinks bigger is better. Magnetism has a lot of potential but no one has ever accused Kid of being a genius so his usage of the power will reflect his personality. If he was smart he would probably even be using his fruit to fly around.

I don't think that was flying to be honest. It looked more like how we sometimes see Zoro leaping great distances to while doing attacks.

Rayleigh and Oden? Who else? Bullet is filler. Unless you mean Roger too. There is nothing signifying that Gaban had it.

Rocks literally recruited the best captains of the time, and he had more than 4. Whitebeard, Shiki, Big Mom, Captain John, Silver Axe, Ochoku, and Kaidou at the very least likely all had king's haki. That's 7 at least, 8 if you include rocks. But that crew was special, cuz he essentially went around recruiting all the stornk people. It'd be like if luffy went around and formed a crew that consisted of kid, doflamingo, marco (he probably has haoshoku, let's be honest), kaidou, big mom, blackbeard, etc. He recruited all the best captains/haoshoku users of the time.

Haoshoku isn't a power level thing, zoro just doesn't have the right mentality/charisma for it. If more strawhats were to get the voice of all, here are the most likely candidates within teh crew:

Jinbei, Yamato, Brook, and Usopp. Usopp would have to go through some character development to get it though.
