Break Week "Oda is saving Usopp for Elbaf"

Robin was given shallow basically non existent development throughout Fishman Island, Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zou. She was absent for WCI even thought she got nothing in Dressrosa then she goes to Wano and gets a 1 chapter infiltration chapter, a two chapter fight, and finally some panels where she runs away from Cp0 momentarily, then she gets completely ignored for the rest of the story.

Compare her treatment to Sanji who came to Wano with a 78 chapter arc, got to fight Page One, Drake, save the kid, save Momo, fight Queen, got a cover story of his family and still wasn't completely ignored after all this development.

Why am I bringing this up and what does Usopp have to do with this? Just to point out that there are straw hats Oda cares a lot about and will dedicate an enormous amount of time to develop them as best as possible and straw hats he legit does not give af about.

Elbaf won't do shit for Usopp, Oda isn't saving him for that arc, it probably doesn't even cross his mind, Usopp is just another Robin in the making, a character he finds less appealing than the boring side characters he wanks to oblivion

I dont get where you are coming from with this? Why do you expect Oda to let Usopp completely fall?

Yes, his development in Wano is pretty nonexistend, but for example in Dressrosa, he got a lot of attention.

People expect Elbaf to be connected with Shanks and meeting him. Usopps Father will be part of that, so it is quite understandable to expect some story here.

Haven't people already noticed that Everything is Saved for Final Arc?

Shanks have done almost nothing since Chapter 1, same for Mihawk, same for Dragon
We saw Rise of Blackbeard but then he disappeared Post-TS & is reserved for Final Arc
Ryokugyu isn't even Introduced, OG Admirals barely appeared Post-TS
Crocodile's Backstory wasn't shown in Arabasta Arc & Oda teased his return Thrice Post-TS
Oda also teased an important Sub-Plot for Hancock, Vivi & Sabo
Fishmen Island Story isn't over yet, there were so many Sub-Plots clearly left for Final Arc
Vegapunk isn't even Introduced, nor was MADS Flashback shown
Kuma's Backstory is still not shown
Two Supernova are still reserved (Urouge & Bonney)
SWORD is only teased this Arc

We learned almost nothing about All Blue or All Healing Cure
Robin never revealed what she read in previous Poneglyphs, nor have we seen the contents of any of Four Road Poneglyphs
Elbaf Kingdom wasn't shown yet (It basically represents Oda's Motivation to write One Piece)
Levely Events were hidden, we know barely anything about Imu, Gorosei weren't even named
We heard absolutely nothing about Uranus except it's name, Pluton is still a Mystery
SSG aren't shown yet
Grand Fleet didn't come into play yet (Even though SHs just had a World Changing War)
... etc

Oda himself said that he only thought about Ending when he started making One Piece, the rest are just Arcs that build up towards that End he always wanted to draw.

In other Words, Focus on All SHs & their Dreams & Strengths, Focus on Red-Hair Pirates, Dragon & Revos, Mihawk, Imu & Gorosei, Rocks Flashback, Admirals & SWORD, Garp & Sengoku, Koby, Crocodile & Kuma's Backstories, Grand Fleet, CP-0, Elbaf Kingdom, Vegapunk & SSG, The Lurking Legend, Fishmen Island Prophecy, Zunisha's Story, Wano with Open-Borders, Poneglyphs, Laugh Tale, Lodestar, Ancient Weapons, Ancient Kingdom, Void Century, Meaning of D., Blackbeard Pirates, WB Remnants, Mary Geoise & Red Line Secrets ... etc

All of these are Reserved for Final Arc Only
70% of The Rest is just Build-Up (For example Oda literally called Marineford Arc a Filler-Like Arc compared to the Ending)
And 30% is Oda just drawing things he wanted to draw which results in Very Long Arcs (For example, he said Dressrosa was gonna be 40 Chapters, but he ended up making it 100 due to the things he simply wanted to Draw for the fun of it)

Yh could be saved for Elbaf. But the themes in Wano is way better setup for him before Elbaf. It will be a missed opportunity. He is now in his most cowardice moments in this arc in the theme of "Honor" which is what he likes about Elbaf Warriors which is what he wants to be Proud of.

But we don't know what Oda has in store for him the arc is still not over yet.

Usopp is different though

That's one of the OG characters from the East Blue, and it's clear to me Oda loves Usopp

I'm pretty sure Usopp will get something good in Elbaf

maybe not as good and insane some people think, but at least something

Usopp doing nothing in wano can't be a coincidence

Generally he always has a big role and saves the day in his own way but in wano he didn't do shit

So it's not that big of a stretch to assume oda is saving him up for later, he does have pretty relevant plotlines waiting for him like his fight with van and yassop, robin on the other hand doesn't have any plot lines other than finding poneglyphes

Well... it is clear by all metrics (panel count, focus, fights, plot, character progression, etc) that the original 5 Strawhats are the main characters and the rest of the crew is secondary (though there could be an argument for Chopper)

Usopp and Nami will LIKELY get arcs... the rest of the crew has always been irrelevant
