His relationships with women changed to the worse post ts, this is undeniable. There were also times where Oda used him as a hypetool which isn't very good for his character.
But the bounty thing isn't that much of a big deal, after Dressrosa, Usopp was also above him. Then after WCI, he had the 2nd higher bounty in the crew (if you consider Jimbei only officially join in Wano). With his current bounty he is only the 4th one but nobody doubts that he is stronger than Jimbei and he has more than a billion which is a pretty decent bounty.
I thought Wano was quite good for Sanji, he defeated a YC solo when people expected him to fight a fucking Tobi Roppo lol or tag team a YC with Drake.

Also , post ts sanji played critical role in almost every arc . What do u expect more ? Just you are seeing simp region ?
Punk hazard - he saved tashigi . He assembled marines . He saved children. By saving kinemon , he started big yonkou saga basically :)
Dressrosa - even though he abandoned dressrosa , he made violet ally and he saved crew .
Wci - as a ( cook ) , he fainted big mom and saved crew again . Also we witnessed sanjis backround , physiological state and his trauma and all of them was good .
Wano - he fought against page 1 drake and kyushiro family .
Onigashima - he fought both calamity ( even if short time ) , he saved tama , momo. He prevented candy arrow raining and saved most of samurais . Protected zoro for a while. And he took down queen .
What do u expect more from a cook and side characters of a manga ?

What happened Kaido then ? Even Oda did draw this scene for nothing . Rest of fight , kaido did not say even a word for his scar . And he fought more than 40 chaps after scarring . But I guess what you saw is thst kaido got defeated that chapter by zoro . Lame

Trolling Sanji is Oda's bread and butter.
