General & Others Oda learning from his mistakes

What mistakes oda made that you think he learned from it ?

I would say;

1- straw hats jumping powers levels back from enies lobby arc with out of blue power ups... that shit was disgusting but never mind mediocre pre time skip I guess lol

specifically when the raid fails, it’s gonna be one of the best mistakes he fixed to almost perfect

2- smoothie not doing much and lacking screen time because it was too early for her to be involved it seem... other big mom pirates too but mainly smoothie because she is a sweet general.

oda not including smoothie and rest of big mom pirates yet is really something I can clap for lol

Raid obviously can fail but they will just regroup and hit back.

They won’t retreat or anything like that. Most straw hats haven’t gone all out or shown new techniques besides franky and luffy.

Not only that but Oda can have other ways besides the raid failing like sanji losing an arm against king( not arguing about this here)

I imagine he didn't learn his less with Smoothie.

Maybe he learnt it with Robin and the other SHs and we shall ultimately witness their full potentials being unsheathed.

But maybe he simply had it in store since "forever". Oda is a not a reckless man.
