Everything is pretty much for plot, so that’s not saying much.
They are still the cards we got dealt with.

It’s unfortunate for those who love Kaido, but Oda decided to make a disgrace of the consequences of getting hit by him.

Some just have the short-sightedness of bringing up Kaido in that specific area, just because of their bizarre hatred of the Admirals.

Credit where credit is due should exist regardless of personal feelings for characters.

--Kaido one shotted a YC1 using only 20% of his power.

--Kaido killed luffy using roaring thunder bagua if you read the SFX

--Also K.O.ed luffy multiple times

Unless you believe kinnemon's dura is > G4 Luffy's its for plot

The CP0 agent there is Joseph. Guernica was the one hit by Kaido. It’s in an SBS that even MonsterKaido who liked your comment should be able to tell you.

Even that aside, nothing in the above panel actually says he’s the one who did so anyway…so you clearly can’t read.

I must have missed where there was a power gauge showing what percentage of power Kaido was using. It’s irrelevant to the point as well since the topic isn’t “one-shotting.”

Luffy was still very much alive the last time I checked. In fact, he has no lasting imprints from that encounter.

Not sure why the tangent of people getting knocked out. The topic of the thread isn’t characters getting knocked out.

Unfortunately for you, Kaido couldn’t even kill Guernica who had already been stabbed through by Drake, and with special focus given to it too.

Guernica had the luxury of of watching Nika laugh and pulling out his camera to take a candid shot to send to his pals.
He wouldn’t have the luxury of a head to even take pictures with if that were Akinu hitting it with as much fanfare as Kaido.

Whether you like it or not, Kaido had nearly 5 times the number of chapters to fail to make as much of a lasting impression on the protagonists as Akainu.

I didn't bring this up because it's irrelevant for Erkan.

2023 and he is still using that bs portrayal from the Marineford where everyone got done dirty or plot-armored out of doing anything relatable.

Here we have Kaido unable to kill Kinemon or Mr. Go with serious attacks but somehow it is irrelevant since Akainu couldn't kill Marco
