If this indeed allude to Sanji's Pervyness, that means Pudding won't be meeting Sanji again or Sanji won't ever remember Pudding.

Sanji was far less Pervy in WCI around Pudding. So if Oda saying "Sanji won't be cool again" means that Sanji will be a perv again, then it also means Pudding has no more business with Sanji.
