As u know Nami's goal is to draw map of a world acording to what she sees during her adventure with lufy...




now good news about this manga panel is that it spoils future ending...and give big clues...


Think about it...why would nami draw map of a world..if there already exist map of world :



so nami's drawing new map for world mean teh geography and map of current one piece world will no longer look same...there'll be massive change..

and that massive change will be clarified in nami's future map of world...


teh plothole :

teh plothole is.. nami only travels in straight line zone called GRAND LINE...she did not traveel and explore other 4 seas..

u can't draw correct map of world if u only travel through straight line of grand line..

her map will look like blue belt???...ohh no...but map won't be the same...so ur entire adventure map will be wrong cuz there will happen sudden change in shape of continents..and red line will no longer exist..hahahahaha...
