A character will get stabbed around the area of his heart, blood will spill, the enthusiastic reader will praise Oda for actually going through with the kill this time, only for his joyous face to disappear immediately afterwards as the stabbed, sweaty guy goes (in his thoughts) : "That was close! I managed to cover in Haki the internal areas just before it hit me. The sword reached the Aorta but its armament Haki held up!".
"But If I die, I'll go out in glory. Luffy, protect (instert X character) for me".
End of the character thoughts. He furiously lauches himself at the enemy, sword in his hand.
Chapter ends with the editor's note : "His unstoppable risolve, even in the face of death!!".

Yeah and then the actual Luffy and Zoro (who had been incinerated and eaten by Kaido on panel and were mistakenly believed to have been digested) will reappear 10 hours later, coming directly from Kaido's butt and having taken this golden opportunity to fatally damage him from the inside. The poor Kaido finally dies three minutes later after having expelled them.
