tbf... dragon's line here indicates that sabo should know exactly what im-sama will do (nuke lulusia)
so i think sabo deliberately got 'caught'. as in, he deliberately said those things when calling them, knowing the call will be intercepted and this huge nuke thing will happen as a result
my guess is that sabo wants people to notice and question this nuke thingy
