Man, just like I and a few others said, Vivi is joining the crew again and this is how Oda makes her a viable member able to survive the Endgame of the story. She will probably also be revealed to have the same fruit as Lili, which will later also reveal how the Poneglyphs were scattered all around the world.

Its only a matter of time now!

I still don’t understand the theory that the Poneglyphs were dispersed by the paw paw fruit. Don’t things dispersed that way have massive paw shapes holes under them?

Putting Vivi on the same level as Carrot is crazy to me. Vivi is important to the endgame for the story with Imu and was shown alongside people like Blackbeard and Shirahoshi. I just don't get why so many people think Oda will give her endgame relevancy but will keep the literal honorary Strawhat out of the crew for the ending.

Oda didn't do this shit for Yamato or Carrot:

Kuma is totally gonna die.

Oda does not give him such a tragic backstory only to have everything turn out well for him. His punch against Saturn might very well connect, but we already know Saturn can regenerate so its not like it matters. I am questioning if Oda will pull some stuff where he somehow gets to "stay alive" via having whatever is left of himself transferred into S-Bear but he will die to allow his fruit to be eaten by Vivi.

The Paw-Paw fruit is needed to make Vivi the Queen of the Sea Cats!

Going along with that she’s connected to Imu due to her ancestor being Lili who Imu has a history with.

She won’t return until luffy becomes the pirate king and she’ll be the final saga princess imo.

So, we know Morgans is able to comfortably one tap a random CP agent, but wants nothing to do with CP0, which... leaves us with a lot of wiggle room.

Since Vivi is a tomboy who likes fighting, and wanted to be able to protect her kingdom, I believe she did a good amount of training over the time skip. Pell and Chaka are legit warriors, who could definitely teach her more combat.

Wapol is so scared I just don't think he's capable of putting up any kind of fight right now.

If Vivi got stronger, and developed some form of Haki or functional fighting style, I'd put her probably above Usopp, who disappointed the hell out of me in Onigashima, but no one else (maybe base Chopper and Brook). Now that she's a D, though, it's possible Oda's power up for her will just be straight CoC.

Vivi is a bird lover, though, so... maybe she'll manage to convince Morgans peacefully.

And yeah her being a D is a good way to power her up in the future; but again that’s final arc importance. Not BB Pirate importance as the D power will probably get introduction in that fight but not mastered till imu.
