Imu doesn’t allow for failure. Also if your boss is with you at work you‘d want to show yourself from your best side as well. I can also imagine the morale goes up when Imu is around. It probably also gives a we can’t lose feeling when a literal god is with you lol.

I think he meant that Kirin should've kept the original hybrid form with the goofy Kirin head and just grown a horse behind, gaining two more legs on top of the human ones in front. Would've been hella goofier.
