-Loki and Shirahoshi meet for the first time.
-Dragon gets captured by BB and now he looks like a bum again. Garp and Dragon get executed on live TV and BB does a "I have a dream" speech again.

I’ll try to put my predictions in the order that I think they’ll happen in

1. Loki’s fruit is revealed to either be Nidhogg or something Nidhogg adjacent (the One Piece version of Nidhogg, whether it’s one of the Skypiean deities or whatever)
2. Loki or Hajrudin take back Harald’s famed blade before/after Jarul dies
3. Sanji awakens conqueror’s haki
4. Usopp tames Ragnir and either uses it once or is allowed to keep it (Nami = Zeus, Usopp = Ragnir?)
5. This is a weird one but I think Usopp’s dream may actually be completed this arc (recognized as Elbaf’s hero, goes down in the history books similar to Noland for the Tonttata’s)
6. Loki doesn’t join the crew but similar to Yamato gets an offer to join whenever he’s ready
7. Elbaf ends in the latter half of 2026
8. Cross Guild invades Impel Down (entirely offscreen sadly)
9. Moria and Perona link up with Cross Guild (they get their translator)
10. Pudding’s 3rd eye opens so Blackbeard also gets his translator
11. The race for the One Piece will begin in earnest at the end of 2026 (battle for the 4th Road Poneglyph)

I'm just making a guess about Shanks. We'll see a flashback of Shanks and Loki in the next few chapters(15~20), and as Oda said, Shanks's purpose will be revealed, and then we'll have a flashback to Shanks being around 25-26 years old, where Shanks and the Burning Man are together as master and apprentice. The Burning Man part is more of what I like, and 99.999% of the time it doesn't happen in the story.

Most of the year will be about Elbaph's final phase. We'll get the fights,and maybe the reveal on whats on the Heaven World...if its not just clouds!
I guess Elbaph may end around October,but it also depends on how many breaks Oda will take. If that will be the case,the last two months of the year will be devoted to see what the rest of the world is doing,and,as Oda promised,the Strawhats should go to the island where only Roger went..whatever island it is!

• Elbaph Arc will not conclude before Q2 2026, depending on how Blackbeard returns to the story*
• Sanji will awaken Conqueror's Haki and defeat Sommers with aCoC
• Zoro will face Killingham and gain control over aCoC
• Killingham will drag him to the "underworld" and seal his fate by using Kuina
• Luffy, Loki and New Giant Pirates will face Imuko and Giant Pirates
• Sanji may get DR'd and overcome it through PoL (like his shadow zombie rebelling against Moriah)
• the Holyland is burning because the Blackbeard Pirates have invaded
• Imu will abruptly leave the battle to face Blackbeard*
• Gorosei and Knights will face the Blackbeard Pirates while BB challenges Imu
• Shamrock will prove he's like that by defeating Aokiji
• BBP will win part because of the loss of 3 Knights
• we will get major lore dumps throughout and by the end of the battle
• Blackbeard will defeat Imu and take his power
• all or most of the original Gorosei will be wiped out and replaced
• Gunko will die, but not before we get a lore dump from her
• Shamrock will survive
