The mail votes don't come close to incognito votes. These people are ruining the votes by voting for Nami and Yamato like 100 to 500 times an hour.

Yep. That just means the amount of vote Sanji receive each hour/day is more stable than Yamato. But for we all know he could still receive on average more vote.
