It's pretty pointless to do a "top 10 hot characters" Tweet because it doesn't mean anything in terms of actual vote count.
Like, being hot in Oceania or Africa isn't the same as being hot in Asia or Japan because of the huge difference in number of voters. And there could be characters that are constantly receiving an enormous amount of votes that rarely show up in the "hot" charts.
Even if Artur added a note, the message of that Tweet still sounds like "HERE'S THE TOP 10 CHARACTERS" judging from the reactions lol.
