Dressrosa: Its a high rated arc for me bc it had so much to offer.

• Grand Fleet Formation (I love all of the Grand Fleet Captains)
• Rebecca & Tontattas were only downside

• Law Flashback, Corazon, Doflamingo Flashbacks were probably best FB within story

Arcs inside their tiers aren't in order. They are equivalent.
Best saga overall Water7/Ennies Lobby.
To me, Water 7 is simply too good. It was the point that I got legit hooked and knew I would see this story through.
Jaya/Skypie are a jewel that I didn't fully enjoy the first time I watched. But man...it kept growing on me as time passed. Norland/Calgara flashback is my favorite in the entire series.

The one-piece arc tier list has many tiers and amazing characters that you should know about. As far as in concerned to me, my favorite one is Skypiea Arc which falls under the A tier. It is the series of the thirteenth story arc and the second and last of two in the Sky Island Saga after the Jaya arc. It has 66 chapters that were also changed into anime in 43 episodes. The plot is that the Straw Hats visited the sky island Skypiea in search of treasure, just to get to know that the island is in danger from Enel, who is the cruel God. The setting is cool for the old visual jungle ruins floating in the sky. The plot has many sudden turns in both the present and the past, and the main villain is really horrible.

I'd say closer to good than to passable. I enjoyed it quite a bit and it had some really enjoyable aspects but also some really underwhelming stuff. It didn't live up to my expectations but I enjoyed it.

I feel once this arc ends it’ll read great in one go as with most of Odas arcs. But week to week it’s trying to do too much. I’d rank good but not greag

Oda hyped it way too much,if we had no expectations.We would all be praising it,it was much better than some arcs of pre-skip.Oden's flashback was one of the best things ever IMO.
