Wano was at bottom of A tier but the way kaido was handnled in recent chapters put it in top B .If in case the climax is good then it will be back in A tier for me.
Impel down is quite underrated(here i am talking about anime one ) I loved it too much

Starting from best arc to worst in order.
S: model of everything that makes the series
A: fun as hell, good on review and especially in the context of new information
B: solid, best as a bridge into another chapter of the story
C: a few good things but I got impatient wanting to move on
D: could pass as a movie or filler arc
