Luffy vs Katakuri could have been my choice if Oda didn't make the difference btwn em so huge. Luffy kept standing back hits after hits ruined the fight for me. I count it among worst fights of Onepiece nw.

Law, Smoker n Vergo clashes were good. Same for Luffy, Law vs Doffy, Trebol. Not the later Luffy vs Doffy tho.

I enjoyed Zoro vs Mihawk pre ts, and Luffy vs Don Krieg was also quite good. Sanji vs Kuroobi in Arlong park, vs Jyabura in EL or on Sea Train. Luffy vs Lucci. Zoro vs Mr1.
Last, Kizaru vs SNs.

purely choreography-wise, it may be Luffy vs Katakuri.

but overall (story and emotional impact, nuances of rivalry, choreography, stakes etc) Luffy vs Lucci is the best ever. Imo only 2 future fight have the potential to top it: Luffy vs BB, Luffy vs Imu.

the close second is imo Luffy vs Crocodile. i don't care who you are or where you came from. But i will surpass you!" those words are like shonen revolutionary magic.
