Yeah that's how I interpreted it too. And it makes more sense as well. There is no reason for Zoro to be down this early, literally before anyone else including the people below. Him not being able to attack with asura means Oda is saving it for later while also avoiding people doubting why Zoro didn't use it earlier. So now either Zoro is gonna be down for a long while or he's gonna fight someone else, and then land an asura attack on Kaido when Kaido's actually more worn down.

I’m hoping that his plan is to just get rid of BM from the battle and then return to fighting Kaido. I need at least one big moment where Kidd and Killer get revenge on Kaido.

I think kidd will get revenge on kaido.

Considering Zoro said he would finish Enma as a Black Blade, because Oden was never able to do it, at the start of this arc, i think he will be able to do it in Wano still, at least Enma, his other blades will only happen later on.

I’m still solid on this. I think another Hiryu Kaen comes across the Flower Capital and does its deed. Idk what happens until then or what he’ll do in the meantime

Another point is that he might have a way to deal with her mid air, something that the others can't do.

Nah don't underestimate the man based of the real BB, he will be the most feared pirate in OP too.

I know but skilled fighters without no DF just look like a nightmare matchup for BB. Remember when a dying WB caught him lacking with just his bisento. Imagine what a fresh Zoro who is faster, stronger and has more lethality than WB would do. Gura might be a problem but Zoro has that speed advantage to just go in for a blitz and chop off his head. I honestly see Zoro having a harder time against Shilew than with BB but who knows. Oda might have given BB some next level CoO ability or some other wild shit to go with his OP devil fruit abilities.
