i'm one of those that would really like ZKK to happen, but i was never one of those that said ZKK will happen for sure, i always used "IF" when talking about it. I'm not so sure about it like others, but i'm all for it.

Sanji: 75-80
Zoro: 90-95
Luffy: 100

Me after this chapter:

Sanji: 55 (Only because of his portrayal, let's not talk about feats...)
Zoro: 97-98
Luffy: 100

But in a match against Luffy, Zoro might win because of his matchup advantage. Though I believe Luffy can beat a stronger opponent. It's about compatibility. Also, Sanji might increase of decrease depending on his fight. He'll probably increase but I doubt that it'll be by a lot.
