Could be equally nerfed if we accept that equation 2 kairoseki vs. 1 less arm. Depending on how much 2 kairoseki udon cuff effecting a DF user and how 1 kairoseki udon cuff effecting a DF user. It's open to speculation.

Even though he’s not doing good damage yet. Oda has been showing that when it comes to raw physical strength he can contend with Yonko. That is insane. People keep sleeping on Kidd because he isn’t damaging the yonko but they don’t realize that not all strong characters have Kaido or Big Moms skin. Put Kidd against the commanders and he’s fucking them up. Having methods to damage the yonko is not the end all be all when it comes to a characters power level, because they wouldn’t need it to fight 98% of the characters on One Piece.
