The former Became Hype tools for Hyogoro (and Him alone, not even His friends got some of dat glory, just him)

The latter became Plot devices who will be used to defeat The Waiters/Orochi's Samurais to justify why the Alliance isn't crushed by sheer number difference

Nah, ODA will not disturb HAWKINS as much as it already did, Hawkins is an SNS too, ODA has been spreading the feat to all SNS so far, HAWKINS turn has come. It's what I think.
