If I'm being honest, I'm kinda glad Nami and Usopp didn't really 1v1 the tobi roppo. Page One was portrayed to be a difficult fight for Sanji, Usopp and Nami legitimately 1v1ing them would require a massive amount of plot convenience.

Nami’s basic lightning bolt even without Zeus clearly hurt Ulti. If Nami had Zeus from the very start, it would have been a good fight since although Nami can’t take much hits from Ulti, Ulti can’t take much hits from Zeus even if she is at full power
