Those magazines are anywhere between 170-200 + pages long. You seriously must think Oda has all the free time in the world if he goes through every single one of them, proofreading, and adding his input to every single article they publish.

That's absolutely absurd. No author does that in any work of fiction, but apparently Oda is the exception.
