But tbh One of the main reason Zoro follows Luffy apart from Luffy being strong is that Luffy has even more crazy dream than Zoro and has conviction to back it up. Luffy considers Zoro his equal and is the only person to whom Luffy seriously listens too. They have a special relationship in the sense if Luffy take cares of the rest of the nakama, Zoro take care of Luffy. Luffy will suffer for his nakamas, but will only allow Zoro to suffer with him(cue Bellamy Jaya incident). Luffy push Zoro to his limits, always aksing difficult feats from him(asking to cut sea train etc) He vibes checks him by being rougher with him than the rest of the nakama. Luffy doesn't need to do anything extra for Zoro because they are always on the same wavelength and know each other deeper than anyone else among the crew.
