He is shifting nothing. We already said this before. Swordsman = styles and forms. Zorobois didn't listen and used ''Stephen Paul said this is not about skill bla bla''
Now King and Zoro said its styles and forms = being swordsman. That was always like that. Which is why no one cares mihawk's title.

I don’t know, I’m just spitballing at this point. Maybe some of the Shimotsuki clan had to break away after Orochi took over the country, so they adopted a different family name to move through EB incognito? Not sure why they’d need to do so…or why they’d name a village after their family if they were trying to hide…BUT THIS THEORY CAN STILL WORK SOMEHOW, OK?!?!

Brow and what's the problem if KING is no different from KAKU?
If kaku is a swordsman and the king is not, there is a big difference....
KAKU can have 50 DF, if he considers himself a swordsman, it's ZORO's duty to beat him, but if KAKU has 50 DF, and doesn't consider himself a swordsman, zoro as a swordsman, the class he belongs to needs somehow to match KAKU using the 50 DF, if he is not able to do this in general the swordsman Zoro is inferior to KAKU, even if the motherfucker of the KAKU has a sword in hand.
This does not mean that he (ZORO) is inferior in fencing compared to KAKU, but ZORO is weaker than KAKU overall.
Likewise we have Mihawk, if mihawk loses to BIG MOM, it doesn't mean that Mihawk motherfucker is weaker than BIG MOM in fencing, but that he can't compete and beat Big Mom using his DF, fencing, awakening and punch, haki, that won't invalidate the Mihawk title, but it will demonstrate that the swordsman class is weaker than X using that fighting combo.
