If kaku is a swordsman and the king is not, there is a big difference....


KAKU can have 50 DF, if he considers himself a swordsman, it's ZORO's duty to beat him, but if KAKU has 50 DF, and doesn't consider himself a swordsman, zoro as a swordsman, the class he belongs to needs somehow to match KAKU using the 50 DF, if he is not able to do this in general the swordsman Zoro is inferior to KAKU, even if the motherfucker of the KAKU has a sword in hand.
This does not mean that he (ZORO) is inferior in fencing compared to KAKU, but ZORO is weaker than KAKU overall.


Likewise we have Mihawk, if mihawk loses to BIG MOM, it doesn't mean that Mihawk motherfucker is weaker than BIG MOM in fencing, but that he can't compete and beat Big Mom using his DF, fencing, awakening and punch, haki, that won't invalidate the Mihawk title, but it will demonstrate that the swordsman class is weaker than X using that fighting combo.

King never stated he wasn't a swordmans. Zoro just stated King didn't refer to himself as a swordmans. Technically, Zoro didn't call himself a swordsman in front of King either. Kaku is a swordsman.

Sanji said his body is feeling weird. He’s not stronger right now if anything he’s weaker with how Zoro and he are talking.

Zoro is using Enma as if it was still Shusui, he hasn’t used Enmas power yet.

So right now no they’re not using any new world power ups

Leaving the timeskip Zoro had the best CoA
Sanji had the best CoO
Luffy had the best CoC.

King still doesn't call himself a swordsman, as long as he's not said to be a swordsman the mihawk title doesn't fit him.

And this is just a normal fight like any other like, Akainu vs Mihawk, Mihawk vs Garp, different combos, katakuri versus Zoro, remains that as long as KING doesn't call himself a swordsman.


In general, Zoro needs to demonstrate that not only can he defeat swordsmen, they also need to defeat fighters of a different modality (style) so that the style called swordsman doesn't fall below the other fighting classes.
