Imo she's definitely the Ace or at least meant to be eventually. Imo thats the missing "commander" in Kaido's crew.

Not entirely sure if she's stronger than King/Queen though, since we don't really have a metric for it and Zoro, who did cut Kaido, is 1v1'ing King atm.

Yamato is also poised to lose, as she's admitted by this point, she can't beat Kaido.

Queen got two shotted by amnesia, haki-less big mom. Its totally fine to assume King, who's been portrayed as his peer both in status and strength, would get WRECKED by sober kaido. Yamato whos been fighting hybrid kaido for god knows how long at this point, is just simply above these commanders. and Kaido is still perfectly fine right now after zoro scarred him so dont see the reason why that matters.

Losing againts Kaido is a given, its the way that shes going down that should count.

There were literally perfect instances to put this flashback prior to this point.

Not if Ushimaru was going to be a factor here, whose presence feels much more warranted after connecting Zoro's lineage with him in the last chapter

Doffy knew about Momonosuke from Kaido, and there is nothing tying Fujitora to Wano.
