After learning to infuse his attacks with COC, An exhausted base Luffy fought Kaido to a standstill without getting overpowered on the panel, and he apparently only lost because he doesn't have proper control. Kaido isn't even feeling direct hits from Yamato. Boundman would make her look like a joke. He should be on another level overall.
