It's probably either gonna be a temporary thing that he can unlock when he wants or be cured for good. The good moment I was referring to was him trusting Zoro to be able to kill his own crewmate just because of how bad it is for Sanji and Zoro getting it.

If Luffy went crazy and out of his mind, I don't think even Zoro could defeat and kill him, as Luffy is >= Zoro.

While Zoro can kill Sanji by the very own words of the latter, even if the latter went crazy and didn't understand a thing anymore.
As Zoro is >> Sanji.
