I meant, Oda can just make her goes to Robin's place instead of Numbers'.

Seeing how she recognized Franky, she would recognize Brook and Robin. Seeing how her beloved Straw Hats are in trouble, she would jump in assisting Brook.
Thus making her interacting with Brook and Robin too, which is plus point if Oda wants to make her joining in the end of the arc.

If whole "3 numbers = 3 samurais that fed her in the past" turns to be true then yes, their interaction may lead to something. Otherwise, her fodderizing Numbers is not a new thing and just repetitive.

And if actually "3 numbers = 3 samurais" is correct, still as potential new nakama, protecting Robin sounds a better idea.
Even more if the ones targetting her are CP9 guys, then the one protecting Robin are all new members that didn't joined yet in Ennies Lobby arc (Brook, Jinbe, Yamao).
Afterall, Brook never defeated Flying 6 yet while Franky and Robin got their moment to shine.
Jinbe stomped one and now he is still in good condition.
