I'm sure it's both Lunarian and Haki combination. Something like a passive barrier Haki around King's body, which can be possible due to his Lunarian ability. His fire on his back sure can be the link to it.

It's really surprising that even Kaido and Big Mom had lots of trouble against Zoro, but here King is just countering Zoro's attacks one by one. He is a far better fighter than anyone and also among Zoro's opponents. "Killer machine" right
