My headcanon is that the fire on King’s back is like the fire on Charizard’s tail that represent its life force. Once Zoro starting cutting that flame he’ll start doing serious damage to King.

But doesn't Zoro already know how to cut fire? Must be something more than cutting his flame.

Zoros first attack on Kaido, Oni Giri, didnt manage to cut him. After that Zoro said that he needs to unleash Enma more.
After that Dragon Blaze( with aura ) was implied to hurt Kaido if he didnt dodge. Tatsumaki( with aura ) managed to cut Kaido.

Asura didn't have aura like Hiryu Kaen or Tatsumaki

It only had the aura, that Zoro is using this chapter.

I bet katakuri can't go past their durability, he may have CoO advantage but can he put them down ??? We saw that a lot of fast attacks at the same time can make katakuri loses focus. If king and Queen manages to uses their range attacks/laser beams really fast, they need one error from katakuri to take the advantage because both have more raw strenght and durability than him. If for example Katakuri gets caught in brachio snake, he is done knowing that even masters of aramament are done if they get caught. Or if king rushes through him fast enough, kat would have hard time dealing with that.

Im not saying that for sure, but it would make sense since Doku Doku no Mi/Pero Pero no Mi are similar fruits and are countered by fire.

At the same time you might be right, because that would make Kata look bad against King and Marco, and I think Oda wants every YC1 close to equals powerscalling wise
