More durable than Kaido by the looks of it on top of having wind attacks that are stronger than Kaido's own. What's next, stronger fire?

I underestimated this beast, partly because I expected much strong portrayal from him from the get go. Low diffing Sanji is hardly a feat to boast about. Oda just held him back cuz reasons. Almost had everyone and their mothers above this. Even had the likes of Kid above him lmao, a guy who can't tickle Kaido won't last King who won't play around. With these past showings, his strength can no longer be questioned. Barely a handful on Wano can be considered above him, even Luffy pre 1010 would have major trouble against him. With adv CoC he might even push BM to high diff.

I think either Breath of All Things or ACoC or maybe even both will be needed for Zoro to defeat King. Excited to see more of this fight

Luffy pre ACoC can't do a shit to King. And even know he is losing.

Don't know you but I put BM above Kaido. And now King too. So yes I agree that he would push BM to high diff.

But... Breath of All Things is basic armament(Ryou) which Zoro learned against Mr. 1. Yes, it seems Zoro will need ACoC to defeat King.

Kaido was coughing up blood for 3 panels after Tatsumaki, but King just straight up no sold it.

Buuuuuut, on this case, Zoro kind of hinted a mysterious ability about King which could be the reason why his durability is this exceptional.
It wouldn't wonder me if King has his own "FS" version of his COA + fire ability but this time Oda didn't make it as obvious as Katakuri's observation haki.

Oda has Pero relative to Jack who has 1B while Pero is portrayed beneath Cracker 860M in strength
That alone should tell you enough that no Calamity is above Kata despite higher bounties

Nobody does even claimed King is someone so great that a yonko is beneath him in threat level

WG a year ago was telling me that Zoro no diffs Hybrid King.

but instead he get's low diffed by base King

Zoro is not nerfed just King is that strong.
I mean when you look at the WSC Kaido who showed insane stuff, it's normal that the RH of Kaido shows also special things like that. he has for now the highest bounty among YC, special race who actually can tank Zoro's attack without bleeding. Potentially the strongest YC before EOS Shiryu. Still that dude is not in hybrid form nor showed his face lol.

We just need to accept why Kaido took only King to go with him to Marineford

Yes the belly has scales. What you are describing is nothing more than an artistic choice. It only becomes non headcanon once the manga implies Kaido has a portion of his body completely Unguarded. Hell why killer even shock Kaido can be cut?? The whole middle of his belly supposedly has no scales

The thing is, Sanji tried to face both King and Queen at once and got immediately stomped without any issues. And now we see how Zoro has extreme difficulty against King as well (sure, he still hasn't demonstrated everything but come on, Tatsumaki is a high end move...).
Marco's feat of keeping them at bay for over an hour is truly one of the best high tier feats imo. Nevertheless, I still put King above Marco, the gap is marginal tho.

I think Marco's feat has been overblown. It is a mistake to measure his feat on the length of time when most of that time, he wasn't facing both at the same time and the level of power used is also far below current chapter.

It is like how Big Mom fought Kaido for 3 days yet might lose to Law and Kidd in less than a day

This chapter makes it clear how much King was holding back.
@Bogard point is also quite flawed. Just as much as King has beating up Zoro these minutes, it is within minutes that Zoro will end up defeating King.
So claiming Marco held out for hours is quite irrelevant when the level of battle far below what we are seeing now
