Yea idk I think he stands a chance against Kat but Loses to all the other 1st commanders. I also don't see Sanji beating Jozu yet and not sure about Lucky Roo So idk if should call Sanji YC1 or YC2+.

No reason to say he's "at least" YC1 though, IMO the easiest way to scale him is probably above Queen but below King until we see what happens in Z vs K
