Queen vs sanji started 20 chapters ago with lots of panels, it was time to wrap that fight. It was a just bad fight.
King vs Zoro isn't so .... it's normal for peoole to be disappointed if the fight is over but that means Zoro is now something else

Queen gets defeated => Oda doesn't care except for making us aware that Queen considers daddy Judge his rival, and want to plays with him to show who has the biggest science. No flashback, no hype, nothing (if any, being compared to Judge is only detrimental).
Also, Queen loses in a pityful way.
King gets (maybe, we don't know yet) defeated => Oda makes sure to put a flashback of King together with Kaido, as right hand together with the captain, plus he also adds further hype for King being the last from a haxxed special lost race and what not.
And King loses (if he really loses now) in a epic clash, not because distracted and focused on a hooker lol.
And yet, some die hard Flat Earth Society stans => "B-but they appeared together in a panel, a-and they also were m-mentioned together, s-so that means that they are o-obviously a-almost equals, a-aren't they?"
